Updated Scheme return for 2008 - 2009

During the next few weeks the Pensions Regulator will be writing to you to confirm that your scheme return is ready for you to complete and submit. A new version of Exchange, our online scheme maintenance service, has been released with this year’s data requirements as well as other important enhancements (see below).

To make a head start on this year’s return, you can visit Exchange right now, where you can view and update your data in preparation for your scheme return.

Important developments from the Pension Protection Fund

During the last six months, the Pensions Regulator and the Pension Protection Fund (PPF) have been working together on the latest version of Exchange.

This will mean that you will be able to submit all voluntary certificates for contingent assets, deficit reduction contributions (DRCs) and block transfers online for the first time.

It is important to remember that information submitted through Exchange will be used to calculate your Pension Protection Fund Levy.
